Privacy Policy

This is Castle's privacy policy. It's short because Castle collects very little information — and we'd rather tell you plainly what happens than bury it in legal boilerplate.

What we collect

Information you send us directly — if you email us, book a discovery call, or sign a contract, we keep a record of that. Names, emails, phone numbers, company details, and anything you write to us.
Basic site analytics — aggregate, anonymous traffic data (page views, referral sources, country-level geography). We do not track individuals across the web.

What we don't collect

We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or cross-site identifiers.
We do not buy or sell personal data.
We do not access client systems, customer records, or sensitive business data unless you explicitly grant access during an engagement.

How we use it

Information you share with us is used to respond to your inquiry, deliver services you've engaged us for, send invoices, and occasionally follow up about related matters. That's it.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of standard business tools — Google Workspace (email), Stripe (payments), and a calendar-booking service — that each have their own privacy policies. We do not share your information with anyone else except where legally required.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@castleco.ai and we'll handle it within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top will change with it. Material changes will be noted to existing clients directly.
