This site provides information about Castle's advisory, training, and consulting services. Content on the site is for informational purposes only and does not itself constitute professional advice, legal guidance, or a consulting engagement.
Any actual consulting work — workshops, audits, advisory retainers — is performed under a separate written agreement that defines scope, deliverables, payment terms, and confidentiality. Information on this site (including pricing) is indicative and may change; the signed agreement controls.
The site, its content, design, and branding are owned by Castle. You may link to the site freely. You may not copy, mirror, or republish site content without written permission.
Don't use the site to attempt unauthorized access, scrape at scale, or send automated requests designed to disrupt service. Standard stuff.
The site is provided as-is. Castle makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Use of the site is at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, Castle is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Liability for any matter arising from the site is limited to the amount you have paid Castle, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
If these terms change, the "last updated" date at the top will change with them. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
